17 Universities, 14 Corporate Partners, over 90 participants from all around the globe, and one interesting topic: Attracting Talents in Emerging Markets.
In September, Henkel, together with the University of Cologne, invited representatives from CEMS universities, CEMS Corporate Partners, CEMS students & alumni to discuss and address the challenges of attracting students and graduates in the emerging markets. Over the two-day program, current trends were discussed, best-practices were shared and new targets were proposed by multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in focus workshops. This event serves as a first step to engaging students more successfully in the future - both to the CEMS program and to it's partners - and to strengthening the nascent CEMS cooperation in the emerging markets.
Henkel has been a corporate partner of CEMS since 1994 and has been highly engaged in supporting CEMS students, giving them hands-on experience and offering them exciting international job opportunities.
