Flávio Azevedo

Flávio Azevedo, a second-year CGS PhD Fellow and a doctoral candidate at the Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (CCCP) under the supervision of Prof André Kaiser, has been awarded a prestigious Fulbright scholarship. Flávio is going to spend six months at New York University (NYU) and work with distinguished Professor of Political Psychology John Jost (https://psych.nyu.edu/jost/). Flávio's winning research project focusses on the psychological underpinnings of populism and conservatism in the US.

The Fulbright Program is an American scholarship program of competitive, merit-based grants for international educational exchange. It is one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world.
