4th Symposium “Value Creation in a Changing Customer and Media Environment”

The symposium took place on January 22nd 2016

The 4th academic Symposium particularly focused on the ever-increasing number of communication technologies and the digitization of fundamental economic and social processes. Four academic experts from around the world presented their latest research projects. More than 50 attendees gathered the latest research insights on digital transformation.

In addition to Professors from the University of Cologne: Werner Reinartz, Hernan Bruno, Erik Hölzl, Franziska Völckner, Jörn Grahl, Marc Fischer and Esther Kang, professors from other countries participated in the symposium. Puneet Manchanda, professor and chairholder for marketing, arrived from Michigan. Also Anja Lambrecht, professor at the London Business School, Oliver Hinz, professor at the Technical University Darmstadt, and Thorsten Wiesel, professor at the Westphalian Wilhelm University of Münster, involved in the exchange.
