A solid knowledge of fundamental methods and theories is important to enable PhD students to perform high quality research. Hence, we offer a comprehensive program of doctoral courses. Given the interdisciplinary nature of our program each PhD student will participate in courses on multidisciplinary methods and theories being valuable to at least two of the three groups in the Faculty. In addition the students will also enroll in subject-specific courses in their research areas as well as research seminars where they regularly present their work. To improve skills and social responsibility we offer additional courses for instance on academic didactics, presentation skills, or case-teaching and case-writing.
