Registration for Courses and Examinations
You are under an obligation to register for many courses and for all examinations. The following overview shows you how to proceed and where to go.
Course Registration via KLIPS
Numerous courses offered by the WiSo Faculty require registration via KLIPS. To find out whether this is the case for your courses, please go to the pertinent Course Catalogue .
KLIPS-Wiki furnishes information on application dates and counselling services. Please note that registration for a course via KLIPS does not replace registration at the Examination Office.
Registration for Advanced Seminars
Places in advanced seminars on Business Administration – except Information Systems – as well as in advanced seminars offered by the Department for Economic and Social Psychology are centrally allocated in the preceding semester via Zentrale Vergabe.

In the case of all other not-centrally-allocated advanced seminars at the WiSo Faculty, please apply directly to the respective chairs. Registration details for all Economics seminars are summarized here.
Registration for Final Theses
Bachelor theses in the field of Business Administration – except Information Systems – as well as those done at the Department for Economic and Social Psychology are centrally allocated via Zentrale Vergabe. his also applies to Diploma theses in Business Administration – except Information Systems. If you are interested in Bachelor and Diploma theses offered at other chairs or in Master’s theses, please apply directly to the respective chairs.
After having discussed your topic with the chair supervising your thesis, you must register your thesis at the pertinent Examination Office.
Registration for Other Examinations
In the case of all other examinations, please register via the website of the WiSo Faculty Examination Office.
If you are a Bachelor student, please note the credit rules on modules in the Studium Integrale.
