Business Administration (BA) comes under the economic sciences. The discipline focuses on the microeconomic relationships and economic principles governing individual enterprises, and delivers insights into corporate structures and processes. BA subject areas and research fields address the issues confronting the diverse business operations.
The Bachelor’s degree course in Business Administration prepares students for the task of finding optimum solutions to these problem

The bachelor program qualifies for demanding and sophisticated business professional tasks associated with career opportunities in management positions.
Employment opportunities for graduates are direct entry or trainee programs in enterprises of all economic sectors, including in industry, commerce, logistics energy and financial sectors as well as the entire service sector. Additionally, you can delve into a master's degree program your scientific expertise and expand and specialize in order to target certain professions.
Interdisciplinarity

Alongside the economic sciences, the overall course programme in Cologne also includes the social sciences and interdisciplinary fields.

You can do justice to your personal interests and career goals through the extensive offer of electives and specialization options. At the WiSo Faculty, you are entitled to choose two of the over 30 profile groups of the various elective areas.
