WiSo IT-Services
WiSo-IT has the task of supporting the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences (WiSo Faculty) in all matters of information technology. WiSo-IT offers the Faculty’s staff members and students a wide range of services:
- Support and advice for IT projects of the WiSo Faculty
- Operation of file and communication servers, office communication with MS Exchange
- PC services, installations, remote maintenance
- Reservation, use and management of the PC pool
- Advice on the procurement of hard- and software; software lending and licence coordination
- Maintenance and administration of the WiSo Faculty’s web presence as well as that of its individual institutions
- Courses on the use of standard software and specialized programmes
- Video recordings of presentations, information events or lectures
